x80xl not good or OC?

x80xl not good for OC?

i tired oc'ing my x800xl and frankly i cant it makes it up to about 409 (400 is default) and i start getting artifacts. does happen with other peoples or just mine?

Its heat issues, I had the same problem. The stock HSF sucks.

so did you get aftermarket cooling or what? if so what would you recommend for budget prices.

Depends on brand then I guess. Mine runs quite happily at 445/550 settings with stock Sapphire cooler.

myne runs @ 440/515 with an artic silencer, myne must be a horrilbe card becuase i have one of the best coolers on it, and the temperature in my case is 25c.
