External HD partition invisible in My Computer

Well, I got an 80gb WD external HD connected to the usb port. The drive has 2 partions. the 1st partition shows up,but the second one does not. I can however access the second partition with the command prompt. Also when I go to eject it it shows up. I connected it to another machine (Both running win xp pro sp2) and it shows up fine. Must be something silly going on here.

Uh OH! can't see my flasd drive either!

Methinks me used up all my drive letters. Got to get this network thing organised.
