Problem with LeadTek Winfast Geforce 6800 GT Black PCB Limited Edition

Hi,
I Just Purchased the above Video card, and it seems
that the video card seems to be faulty.

The problem with the video card is- lots of random colours all over the screen, this is just in BIOS. So it cant be a Windows/driver problem.
I have tried reseating the card,and I have tried installing in another PC, with the same results.
If I replace my old video card, the colours go away.

Anything else I can try?

sounds like a bad gpu and or ram on the card....i would RMA it.

Thanks for reply.

I get the random colors even before any drivers are loaded or before Windows starts, So I dont think it's a driver problem.

I Think i'll just RMA it, as it's brand new today.

That might be my old card. I just had it RMA'd and it did the same thing to me. Lol.

Try switching out the PSU with a different one. I had the same problem til I switched out my fortron with a new one.

The two systems I tried it with, have different brands of PSU, ones Antec 550W and the other is Enermax 465W.
