overclocking tips

i think my north bridge is holding me back is there any way to prove this. I thought i read somewhere that you can if your able to lower your v-core and i did from 1.6 to 1.39 and i think i can go lower if i let it burn in long enough. The question still stands how do i know if my north brigde is holding me back?

soyo 875p dragon2 and 245 fsb and i've eliminated the ram being the problem because i used a divider and couldn't get any higher and the only reason i think it's the northbridge is because i upped the V core and still got nuthing outta it

That's pretty low FSB. Is the N/B actively cooled? If not, try sticking a 40mm fan on the heatsink. Sometimes raising the AGP voltage will also raise the N/B voltage. To be honest, those Soyo mobos aren't the best overclockers.
