Anyone know if DFI LP NF4 Ultra will post with PCI video

I bought a chaintech vnf4 ultra to build a rackmont server with, unfortunatly it will not post with a regular PCI video card. It will only post with PCI-E. Does anyone know if the any of the DFI LP NF4 ultra boards will post with a regualar PCI video card?

Are you sure the Video card is good?
Thier is no reason for a system not to post with a PCI card.

I am certain that the card is good, it works in other machines. I also read in other threads that chaintech support verifies that a PCI card won't post, however it will work as a second card after a PCI-E card is installed. It was quite a suprise and a disappointment to me. Other than that it is a very good board for the money.

Will it not post if in other slots?
And you are 100% sure the card must be PCI-E.
Poor design is all i will say if that is the case

I used a very old Matrox card while waiting for my X700 to arrive. It worked great. Too bad it is not a dx8 card. I would of loved to see a 3DMark2001 score.
