Average oc for my cpu?

I've got a 939 AMD 3000+ Venice, and I'm running at 2.3ghz on stock air cooling, no voltage increases or anything, I haven't attempted going higher. Is that average?

I believe the average is 2.5GHz, I myself have been to lazy to attempt a higher oc though this is plenty of power for me atm.
