Added another gig need help.

My current system had 1 gig of pc 3200 400 dual channel PQI turbo. That runs 2,2,2,5. I added the exact same thing in it to double my memory now when I run cpuz it shows my timings are changed to 2,3,3,7. It as shows performance mode disabled and before it was enabled. It has also cut the ram from 400 to 200.

Its running on an abit ic7-g. Are there any adjustments I need to make in the bios or just live with it?
