Best thermal grease temps: post here

i was using radio shack heatsink grease (was using a pad before) and an "ok" HSF and dropped 5 degrees celsius (55c down to 50c). What is the best temps u guys got using grease?
i'd also like to thank everybody who replied to my earlier post.
my specs

1.2 ghz
100 mhz FSB (will be O/C soon)
asus A7A266 (i know, i know, ali magik sux)
256 DDR Cas 3 pc2100

Well Artic Silver is yet the best thermal grease!
well i haven't tried using it w/o thermal grease but i'm sure it'z very effective!
