PLease help me pic: Antec TruePower 430w, CoolerMaster RS-450-ACLX, and CoolerGiant

Now that I know I'll need a new PSU for the new rig

3.2GHZ P4(LGA775) 800FSB H-T
512x4 (2GB) DDR400
200GB SATA
2x120GB SATA
16X DL Burner
16X DVD Reader
X850XT 256MB PCI-E
Audigy 2ZS Platinum Pro
2x120mm Fan
3x80mm fan
2x90mm fan

I found two PSU that's withing my budget range. I think my Mobo uses a 24pin (counted 24 wires).

One is CoolerMaster Real Power 450W here

and one is Antec TruePower 430w here
http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0120637

and the Cooler Giant which seem to be the most expensive of the 3

Which one would you recommend. Will they be enough for my setup?

Thank you very much

Of those three, only the Enermax (CoolerGiant) is big enough. And I don't really care for Enermax, and do not recommend them. If you are not looking to overclock, I would strongly recommend the Fortron AX-500A. It is a great unit and available for less than $80 from ewiz or actbuy.

If you are looking to overclock, you need to understand that power supply quality and output will be vital to good results. I would recommend the OCZ Powerstream 520, Sparkle FSP550-60PLG, or the Seasonic S12-600 in this case. The Sparkle is available for $85 from ewiz.com, but factor in the price of a quieter-than-stock 80mm fan (~30cfm). The stock fan is intended for server use, and pretty stout.

thank you for the reply. So the best bang for the Buck is that Sparkle PSU? How is it compare to the other two that you recommended which cost twice as much?

Thanks again.

The Sparkle is IMO probably the strongest supply in captivity in standard (PS2) size. It's rated at 36A of 12V output, and Fortrons routinely exceed their specifications. It does tend to run pretty hot and the stock fan is fairly loud, but users of this board have fitted 29cfm Sanyo fans and the supply has still driven very heavy load without protest. It will emit more heat than something like the S12-600 due to lower efficiency, though.
