Considering they claim it drops the temp of a 6800gt IN HALF I'm just wondering how much more OC'ing headroom you'd get.

Not much because your ram will be running hotter than ever. What good is GPU speed if your card is bottlenecked by slow ram?

Thats what I was worried about, no ram cooling. I just want to get rid of this hairdryer on my xfx 6800gt. My case would be practically silent if I could get rid of that. What would you suggest?consumer9000 said:

Well, a STASIS NV6800C5 with the fan speed set to it's lowest is nearly inaudible while still delivering better cooling than the stock heatsink.
