WCing help neede....badly

i am a Total n00b when it comes to building a computer but i am just starting and in my new rig i am going to OCing ALOT so i dont want it to over heat and the idea of water cooling came to mind but some of these kits are too expensive for me so i was thinking maybe someone here could help me build up my own water cooling setup .....i will be running the computer in my sig so can you pick me out something good....there is one catch i don't want a kit i want to buy all my parts seperatly and i dont want to spend more than 100$-130$ on all the parts together.....thanks for all the help

You aren't going to get much of a water-cooler for that price. Are you perhaps planning on just water-cooling your X2 and not your GPU?
