Partition says unformatted: HELP

Yesterday, I just had a partition say that it wasn't formatted. Only one of them, from a hard drive that is split into 3 partitions. It had tons of music/mp3s/tv shows/games/backups on it and I am trying to think of how to get it back. any ideas? Right not it is showing up as an unformatted 74gb partition in my computer and disk manager.

one bump to see if anyone has any ideas as what to do. I am considering doing a quick format from disk management (it isn't a bootable partition) and then using a data recovery program.
