I have an old 2400+ unlocked with the smaller cache than the 512k ... I'm not at home and I'm super tired so excuse my noob descriptions.

What is the highest OC I can reach???

is the RAM I will have.

I will have a total of 5 fans: 120mm front, 2x 80mm back, 1x 80mm side, 1x 80mm blowhole.

What is the highest OC I can get with this processor and will I need a good heatsink... right now I am using this heatsink and have gotten to 2.0ghz (might have been 2.1 I don't remember) stable (using 200x10 or 200x11, but not with the RAM in the above link, with crappier RAM):

2.1? Only if you had the crapiest of HSFs and mobo! Got mine, locked BTW, up to 2.2 with no ability on the mobo for vcore adjustments. I had to actually connect bridges on the CPU to give it more.

If you chip is unlocked, and you have a decent motherboard you could be able to hit somewhere around 2.3-2.5. I would recommend getting a better HSF tho. The SI-97 is a good one, or if you can get a hold of one, a SP-97 is even better. Both are from Thermalright.

Overclock will also very much depend on name brand of power supply.

Motherboard?

People used to do 2.2 to 2.4 on those old 2400+ desktops so close to 2.3 GHz is the number you're looking for but it all depends on detailed system specs and of course luck :)

Abit NF7-S v2 is my motherboard.

I was thinking of getting one of these heatsinks:
