Need LDAP directory server to test with

Hi guys:

I need some advice. We are working on a product that will use LDAP to do client authentication as an option, and we are looking for something preferably cheap and non-Microsoft to test with.

Anybody have any suggestions of a good way to test this sort of stuff out with our software? We'd like to try it with Netware, and any ideas involving Linux or some type of directory service that runs on top of Windows are also welcome.

Any distro should come with it, often named "libldap"
