TCCD and tight timings

When it comes to tight timings you always hear about bh-5 and when it comes to speed you always hear TCCD there has to be a middle ground. Question being what is the highest speed/tightest timings on TCCD chips.

2-2-2-6 at 250mhz is the best i seen

I done 230MHz with my XL's TCC5's on 2-2-2-6.

TCCD isnt very good at tight timings. My BH-6 will do 240mhz 2-2-2-5 with easy and 2-2-2-2 with 3.2v. I'm going to try to actively cool them without the heatspreaders and see fi I can get 245.

i've seen 250 2-2-2-5 but the voltage going thru it is not recommended for everyday use..

just not made for it..

It's odd that TCC* is actually rated to as high voltages as BH-5. Both are recommended to run 2.7V and absolute maximium values are 3.6.
TCC*s burn quite quickly if you go over 3.1V.

My TCCD will not do any better or tighter timings with more than 2.9-3.0 volts max, they easily do DDr610 but not real tight

TCCD generally do between 210-215mhz 2-2-2-5 -/+ 5-10mhz at 2.6-2.9v

But it depends on the week of the TCCD, i.e. better chance at higher 2-2-2-5 with TCCD week 440, 437 than 431, 507 etc

For TCCD concentrate on 2.5-3-3-6/7 with tight advance timings and if you can get to 285-295mhz they'll be pretty good alternative http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=410024
