TCCD and tight timings

When it comes to tight timings you always hear about bh-5 and when it comes to speed you always hear TCCD there has to be a middle ground. Question being what is the highest speed/tightest timings on TCCD chips.
 
i've seen 250 2-2-2-5 but the voltage going thru it is not recommended for everyday use..

just not made for it..
 
It's odd that TCC* is actually rated to as high voltages as BH-5. Both are recommended to run 2.7V and absolute maximium values are 3.6.
TCC*s burn quite quickly if you go over 3.1V.
