P4 478+ pci-E help

i was thinking about getting a new mobo for a 3.06 HT i have laying around but
will it work on a Albatron PX915P4C socket 478 mobo.

specs say prescott and celeron
i want to use a ati x800xt pci express with it
if any knows if the mobo will work with a northwood let me know i have searched but haven't got a info from someone whos tried it.

your confused. they dont even make a socket 428 that i know of.. do you mean 478?
