memory timings on ga-7n400 NON-pro

Does anyone know of any software or a custom bios I could use to gain access to memory timings. Since my Sempron can reach about 2.1ghz, or 191mhz fsb, I would not mind if I could change my memory timings below 3-3-3-8 with pc3200 kingston memory

When you got into the bios you have to press a combination of buttons to get access to advanced settigns, I think it was crtl and F1, rtm I'm sure it's in it.

yes thats right ctrl + f1 for the advanced options.
