How to use memory dividers?

what mobo are you using? Look for ram or mem divider or ratio, sometimes the mobo will show it as fraction, or percentage, or by the speed that divider is supposed to result with a cpu set to default clocks, like 266,333,400.
 
I have the ratio thing and it only gives me 3 options, 1:1, 4:5, and SPD (which is still 1:1).

Abit BE7(Intel i845PE-ICH4) P4 2.4GHz--Oc-->2.8GHz
756Ram PC2100
EVGA 6800nu
 
That's it, the 4:5 will decrease the mem clock, it's as if you multiplied your clockspeed by 4/5.
