overclocking P4 1.7 w\ TH7 Mobo

These are my first set of benchmarks from Sisoft Sandra on my new P4 1.7 w\ Abit TH7 RAID Mobo

The FSB is overclocked at 115
As i can tell, no one else has got it past 112?

if i overclock the FSB past 115, then i can boot but won't enter windows

it says i have a file missing?

it is windows XP (Corporate)

Anyways, i need to know what the best kind of RDRAM would be for overclocking(quality)

i am fixing to use the new Koolance Water cool system, but it does me no good if i can't get past FSB of 115

Heat is not an issue yet, so theoretically i should be able to go to about 118 to 120 on the FSB before heating issues arise according to my temps now.

i am using OEM Fan and Heatsink
my voltage is @ 1.85v in the bios but does not recognize that high in my health staus or Sisoft Sandra, both places are reading the same

Fluctuation between 1.74-1.79

can i get more voltage?

i need all the help i can get, im fairly knowledgeable in computers in general but new to overclocking
