good setup to cool my 830?

i plan on pushing my puppy to 4-4.3ghz on WC or as high as i can possibly take it... what would be a good setup for like $150 (if this is possible!)?

Thats as cheap as you can go for the best performance.

personally I like using Danner Mag 3 (you said you could get this for cheap), Swiftech MCW6002 (45ish), Swiftech MCR-220 (42 on jab-tech), Danger Den Maze 4 GPU (optional around 45) and then you said you had fans on aim and add about 15 for tubing (7/16" ID with 3/32" wall MasterKleer available on page 82 of www.mcmaster.com) and you are all set.
