I pulled this cpu out of a laptop.

How well does a chip of this type overclock and what is a good motherboard for it.

Can't find it on the Intel page. Sure you wrote the s-spec down correctly? Regardless, it's the only Northwood 533 that has HT. They usually will do about 3.3 to 3.4 gig with decent cooling, but a few can do more. Any i865/i875 Abit or Asus mobo should rock.
