anyone know how to store info in a access database

or if thats to hard just a simple txt file

also any help you could give me on parsing would be great

For reading and writing to Access you can use ADO.Net. Its fairly straight forward but you'll need to know some SQL to perform the table updates. Check out the MSDN.com for some ADO samples and reference material.

As for text files it is super easy. Look at the filestream, streamreader and streamwriter classes. Again MSDN is full of good info.
