The answer is yes. There is a toledo X2 3800+. I *think* zipzoomfly is selling toledos last I heard.

Wrong. 3800+ comes in both manchester and toledo. The toledo core just has half of its L2 cache disabled.

there are two cores - manchester and toldeo - in theory afaik the manchester uses less stock voltage...but from what iv read the toldeo core overclocks better on average than the manchester

I got mine from Mwave about a month ago. It is a Toledo with half the cache disabled (E6). 1.35V stock and currently running 2.7 and 1.41V per MBM.

According to the specs they're the same.

They perform exactly the same, but theoretically the Toledo should overclock better (Higher grade silicon).
