Has anyone tried tweaking the video card timings in the video card BIOS? It looks like it could be done pretty easliy using this utility but I don't know if it's worth it. . .

 
^^^ exactly - do soemthing wrong - reboot - bu-BYE card

well make SURE you make a back up of your cards bios and get NVflash icnase you need to reflash your cards bios from DOS.

i recall Sentinal? did some review with someone else here about ram timing on carsd....
 
OK, it sounds like I'm bound to end up with an unusable video card if I tweak something the wrong way. I don't have a PCI video card to boot up with if that does happen. I don't want to have to do a blind flash. So . . . I guess it's not worth it after all.
