Abit KG7-RAID

I'm thinking of getting an Abit KG7-RAID mobo. How do these suckers OC? How does this work in BIOS? Is it possible to increase the FSB in 1MHz increments in BIOS? Can you adjust Vcore in BIOS? Any comments and such is much appriciated!!

Abit mobo's are great imho.
