how do i get my cpu to run cooler

i have a vapochill micro extreme my fx-55 clawhammer is running 50C at idle 62C at load please help me i heard as5 and a vantec tornado fan were good options thanks please help

regarding the VC... are you sure that the plate is seated properly did u add enough or maybe too much AS5...

what motherboard do u have, where u getting temps from??
because motherboard temp readings arent that accurate and such....

get rid of that stock thermalpaste and put on some artic silver 5(instructions are on their website) and then put a panaflo there if you want quiet and a delta if you want performance.
