Networking gui

I know Fedora has one, but what other distros have this feature? I am just wondering because samba is not fun to configure so if I can use the gui, my life would be so much easier.

I tried getting Fedora from their website and the download never completes. It just freezes and more or less times out (cable, so my connection isn't dropping).
