could be anything i know.. I just got this new corsair xms 3200 ram and it seems to be working great, Ive ran prime95 up to 8hours with no errors. It usually restarts or locks up in counter strike, but not warcraft3. I just put in my geforce 5200 to see if graphics was the problem, any ideas?

My power supply really sucks.. from what corecenter tells me my 3.3v never goes higher than 3.1v..

it would seem you have answered your own question...

when the 3.3 volt line drops too low, you get a reboot. I think the reset button on the front of the PC just kills the 3.3v lines for a moment, so it is the same thing.

Not exactly. Also, the low 3.3V rail reading may just be caused by the ATX power connector being loose. If it's not clipped to the motherboard.
