Intel RMA (cant find info or number to call)

Anyone RMAed anything through Intel before? I cant seem to find the information needed to start the process. The 660 I have is completely on the fritz and there is something wrong with its contact on the IHS. In bios my temps eventually push past 70C* at stock.

Ive tried time and time again to re-seat my sink thinking its an issue of pressure but to no avail.
