AGP to PCIe Riser?

^^Yep. However, I believe the Albatron one only works with certain cards, and they are nVidia only. It also might be Albatron cards only, but the wording on this is very vague.

Then later on move up to the PCIe motherboard, get another 7800GTX, and presto...........your set!

If you mean converting PCI_E to AGP it doesn't work like that it treats an AGP card as an PCI_E card.
