Is ASYS psu good?

Asys is Deer, about as far from good as you can get. If you're looking to find a case that will definitely come with a known good PSU I can only think of two names - Aopen (Fortron PSU's) and Antec (Antec/CWT or Antec/Seasonic PSU's).

Oh no! Not Deer again! 
Beware of units that are made by Deer, Codegen, and PowMax, or any units that use another name to hide the fact that they are made by those 3 companies. They are fire hazzards. That's no lie either. People have reported fires with those.
