Question RAID Acting UP!

Ok, I just setup my RAID array with 2x 250GB WD SATA II hdds.
I used the Striping and 128K size.

I did a full format, loddy doddy...installed windows and all of my programs...
I did all this at stock speeds, no OC, btw.
After everything was installed, I oc'ed to the OC below in my sig...

Now, I used a program called HD TACH 3 to test the speed of my drives...

My burst speed was 285mb/s and my avg. read speed was 102mb/s.

This was all good for a day or so, then one day I turned on my computer and it took like 20 seconds JUST TO REACH POST...and windows load time was tremendously slow....so...now everytime i start my computer it's the same, slow buggy!

I ran HD TACH 3 again and I still get the same speeds....

What happened and how can I fix it?
