amd 3200 newcastle

hi i just got an new dfi lanparty ut 250gb mobo and an amd 3200+ newcastle 754 socket cpu i was wondering will it over clock alot with aftermarket air or will i have to go to water to over clock much oh and will it run with win xp home 32bit?

sure it can run 32 bit and 64 bit win xp

no one can answer u will find this after overclocking it
just start to overclock and u will see the result
if the temp is issue and u need more mhz from your cpu u can alwais go in water
my old newcastle 3000+ do 2,4 stable with 1.65 vcore and 2500 with 1.7v air cooled but i hated seeing the temp a bit over 60c with stock cooling
newcastle average is 2.3 - 2.6 range depand in chip cooling voltage etc...
