I am going to be doing this soon, so if anyone, including yourself can post some pics I really need some ideas. I am not afraid to do a little bit of cutting, although I would prefer to keep everything inside of the case.

I tried T line and it didn't work well. Small loop plus mcp655 and water goes really fast trough t section and air doesn't escape. Maybe becasue I only took 15 minutes two wait for air to escape. Plus t section is hard to fill in with water.

i think the part pf bleeding with the T line is cycling the pump on and off so it just barely gets moving. you could also kink a tube by squeezing it to cut flow while bleeding. then there'd be less weight and an open bay and the water wouldnt have that go stop go stuff goin from a res.

ahh the messy-ness inside of your case kinda scares me. but most importantly I now know that it is possible. I think I am going to try to put my pump in the bottom where the bottom hard drive cage goes.

This is my first attempt at WaterCooling. Bought a P180 and cut the crap out of it. But, with some adjustment it all fits inside the case! (Need more color/lights though omg)

Anyway, here it is! Just finished it like 30 minutes ago!

Nice, Krazed. Perhaps you could mount your hard drive in the 5.25" section to improve airlflow on the lower part of the radiator.

Do you have any pics of the radiator's fans?

Is that all?

Little update here on my setup, I just installed swiftech MCR 220 radiator and vga cooler with cutting about two pieces of metal inch by inch. I will post some pictures once I recharge batteries.

why not just turn the pump so that the inlet directly faces the rez, and just rotate the tubbing on the top. wouldn't that help get rid of restriction vaused by that 90?

lol that must have mad flow rate - you need to use some proper steel hose clips IMO! Nice setup though!
I dont really like the P180 design for watercooling as its difficult to keep everything neat - I have the same rad as you but on the top of my case which is a Casetek 1019A

it looks to me like it is using steel worm drive clamps. What kind of clamps are you talking about?

My P180 Setup

Very difficult to finally get installed and bleed. The only thing I have changed is that use Delta 3 bladed fans to pull air through. They work far better than other fans with high pressure. I would of liked to mount the BIE2 radiator on the top of the case but I need the room for 2 LG DVD burners and my 150g raptor. The bottom was out of the question due to a four disk 3ware array cluster. Any ideas on improving the setup will be welcome. I love this forum!
