AMD does variable Vcore too?

So AMD ships chips with dif Vcore requirements on each one like intel does too? or do all toledos have the same Vcore and all Manchesters have their own too?
(defualt on mine is 1.300)
 
No, they don't vary, they are all the same. Your MSI is under volting your CPU at 1.3. That is another one of those MSI NF3 quirks. On my Winchester I need to set it higher at 1.5 to get it to 1.4 volts.
 
Well if I let the board it will give me like 1.275-1.29. Quirky lil devil. That A64MaxtCase program though reads its as 1.3 and max temp 63. So I figured that corresponds with what the board "trys" to give me stock too. Ive seen people with manchester say the program tells them 1.35 or so, havent seen any other toledo owners use it though (or if I have I dont remember).
