Asus A8N sli premium/deluxe or DfI n-force 4 ultra?

If you want to overclock there is really no way you can pick an Asus over a DFI. If you are not overclocking then the Asus is a decent choice, but I would still favor the DFI. What's the rest of this rig going to look like?
