NF7-S rev.2 replacement

Apperantly my SATA controller on my board has gone out and due to the fact that I cant find a NEW replacement for it I guess Im going to have to go for the next best thing. Do you guys have any recommendations, and if you look at the sig Im using a mobile 2600 so it has to be compatible. Thanks for the input.
