Smart shader query

I can use the shaders in ATT when I make a profile for D3D. But I noticed in ATT folder there's shader folder with shaders that aren't in the list like blur and HDRish ect.. is it possible to add these to the profile list??

Also, is it possible to make my own custom shaders? If so please explain.. what i'd like to do is have a subtle blur affect and destaturate colour slightly.
