Need help finding a basic FAH speech sheet

Alright well I am taking a sociology of cyberspace class at my university and the prof has set up a forum for us to discuss the class and other internet related issues.

I would like to start a thread telling people about FAH and the benefits of running it on their machine. I am sure if I could make a excellent looking thread I could gain 10-15 borgs at least .

Anyway I was wondering if anyone has a basic introduction to FAH set-up that I could use as a stencil for my FAH thread?

I tried searching but could not really find anything I could use, but then again my search skillz blow.

Yah I was checking out the stickies but they seem a little long-winded for me. I think my classmates have a short attention span.
