Well, I was trying to manually delete some spyware from my registry, and I must have hit something I wasnt supposed to. Now, I cant boot into windows in regular or safe mode. It just hangs at that the blue logo screen after the initial OS load. Is there anyway to fix this or am I going to have to format?

That is to say, boot from your XP CD, and when asked about repairing an existing installation, press R.
