Graphic Card(+Mobo) Upgrade?

Hello everyone, it's been a while since the last time I posted here. Haven't been following the GPU market lately.

I need to upgrade my graphic card. I play games like F.E.A.R, Quake 4 and AOEIII. It's for fun only (ie no professional computer work etc).

If necessary I will upgrade my motherboard because the current one only supports AGP cards, so just post what the best mobo+card would be for gaming. I can spend up to $450 for both.

Native resolution for Dell 2005FPW is 1600x1050.

Are you sure that card can handle gaming at that res?

well, spending the whole $450 you can get an nforce4 board and a 7800GT, pretty sure that'll do the job
