I'm looking for a Nforce2 board to replace my NF7. I'm not gonna use it for a TV/file server/stable PC and hope my current board can find a new home. And, it's socket orientation is a pain for removing the heatsink while the board is mounted. What I want in the new board is:

Better socket orientation
Multiplier adjustment
Some vcore adjustment
Works fine with mobile Athlon XPs
Most importantly:very stable

In my limited knowledge of other NF2 boards, the Asus boards come to mind, but I don't know if it fits all my needs. Thanks in advance.

Hmm, these come to mind:

Epox= Great oc'er, nice features, stable
Soltek= Nice oc'er, decent features, very stable

FIC is another brand that's stable, but they're mostly nonoverclockers.

Don't go with the Gigabyte nForce2 boards if you want mulitplier/voltage control. There is no multiplier control, and the voltage control is not as specific as you would be used to (there are 4 options: Normal, 5%, 7.5%(?), and 10%). I've had success with MSI, the delta2 or a used delta-l work very well.
