if you have 2 profiles can you play splitscreen where 1 player is profile 1 and player2 profile 2 ? on 1 xbox

I have it and don't beleive so. You can though load cars from other profiles garages if you want.

ok thx i found a way to do it tgft or else me and a friend couldn'd race our tuned to hell master cars
