Are you planning on gaming or doing anything graphics intensive? If so, you'd be alot better off with a 2GB kit. Memory is cheap right now, and most guys building these 6xx based systems are using 2GB of memory. OCZ is good memory, but the best advice on memory can be had from the guys in the memory section. They can turn you on to some memory that will OC high and still be decent on your wallet.
 
Not much gaming but definately lots of encoding. I'll check ask around memory section as well. thx
 
That RAM you listed is pretty good budget stuff that is rated DDR2-667. Hard to beat the deal, but if you can swing a few extra bucks, everyone seems to be heading towards 2X1GB.
