eVGA Nf41 SLi and XP-120

I am trying to mount a Xp-120 on the eVGA Nf41. The Thermalright instructions say to remove the stock RM (Yellow thing that the HSF attachs to by unscrewing it from the motherboard's back plate. The eVGA RM is not held down by screws. Is there any way to get the XP-120's Mounting bracket to attach to the Nf41?

Does anyone sell a normal backplate for the nForce4 series of boards that would allow me to use the Xp-120?

Stupid eVGA motherboard. The RM socket and bracket on the back are attached using these "easy remove" push pins. For one I cannot remove them from the RM even if I wanted to, and also they are too tall for the RM bracket that Thermalright provided. Now I can either ghetto this out and just use nuts and washers or I can go buy a new backplate.

Always so fun experimenting with an newish motherboard
