Higher RPM?

Oke, i bought this Zalman VF700 ALCU

but anyway, i would like to know if there is program which gives it a higher rpm?

Why would you want to increase the RPM on it? It's already a much better cooling colution then your old one, it should be able to cool that chip just fine.
