I just got an ULTRA D in that I bought on some forums. It has the 6.00pc or pg bios loaded on it.

I am using my old venice that I had at 2.8ghz on air in my old Asus A8V deluxe, but i cannot overclock a BIT OVER STOCK!!!!! :bang head

It is really frustrating and the only thing I can think of is the bios as I've tried every settting and my powersupply is upgraded to an ANTEC SP500, my cooling went from an XP90 to a Big Typhoon, and everything else seems prime for overclocking except it wont, AT ALL.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot even run prime95 torture test for a SINGLE MINUTE without getting an error. This is COMPLETELY stock minus those settings. :bang head :argue: :bang head

That didn't seem to help anything. I can't even leave everythign at stock/auto without it BSOD'ing or failing prime :(

Fresh install of windows
Updated bios 6-23/3
Even changed the ram to Corsair XMS 3200c2

Still wont run prime95 at stock settings. I am going nuts.
