Floppyless Updating

Here's the situation: I built a computer for this one guy, and I need to update the motherboard and video card BIOS now (Biostar NF4UL-A9 and eVGA 7800GT). But from what I've discovered, it seems the only way to update either BIOS is from a boot-time floppy. This normally wouldn't be a problem, but there is no floppy drive in the system and I have no (working) floppy drive anywhere in my house. So this bring up the question "is there any way to flash either BIOS without needing a floppy disk?"

and plenty of other options. I used to keep a win98se CD handy for booting to DOS off of the CD.
