Well here is my first attempt. After reading post after post trying to learn everything I could, here is the result. My P4 520 Prescott 2.8 @ 3.5 Stable, air cooled (idle 36C, load not above 50C). Abit AS8 Mobo. What do you think?

what he's saying is the system properties normally reflect the oc'd speed.

i would change the EQ program to display your temps in celcius, as that's what is commonly used. its easier to compare when everyone is on the same page ;)
 
If you OC'd it from within windows and not through the BIOS it might show the wrong speed in system properties.
