How good is Infineon DDR?

Hello everyone.

I am currently using Micron 256MB PC2100 CAS2.5 DDR that is crap, it has trouble doing CAS2 at 266mhz. It starts to crap out at 274mhz CAS2.5 even with more voltage to the memory.

The local stores here in Vancouver are now starting to stock Infineon 512MB PC2100 CAS2.5 DDR, has anyone had any experience with these? The SDRAM Infineon overclocked VERY WELL. I was wondering if the DDR is of similar quality.

Also, I will be running a server in my home for my networking school using windows2000 Server, would it be helpful to increase the RAM to 512MB?

Thanx

Infineon is Micron RAM. If you want REALLY good stuff, use Crucial or Corsair.
